Dukkah & LSA Crackers

Total time 40 minutes | Makes 2 large sheet pans | Vegan

This is one of the many recipes I created for Goodies and Grains. If you’re not familiar with them, Goodies and Grains started as a bulk health store in the Adelaide Central Markets in the early nineties. Since then they have grown beyond this store and are now solely a manufacturer and wholesaler… still located in Adelaide. Goodies and Grains produce an extensive range of quality products, from breakfast cereals, pantry stables and bath salts. To see more delicious recipes using their products, click here.

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup plain flour

  • 1 tbsp Dukkah (I used Goodies and Grains)

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/3 cup water

Method

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place all dry ingredients in a medium bowl, stir to combine. Add olive oil and water, then mix again to combine

Step 2: Place half the mixture between two large sheets of baking paper, and roll as thin as possible. Repeat with the remaining mixture.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crunchy. Once cooled, gently break into desired pieces
