I’ve amazing at how easy these wontons are to make. They turned out incredibly close to the ones you order from a Chinese restaurant and have that perfect silky texture, bursting with flavour from the pork, ginger and, or course, from the crispy chilli oil. Highly recommend keeping a batch in your freezer for a quick weeknight meal!
